At Best Kitchenware Store, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and Asia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the following information to understand our process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or their nature. These include:
- Cutlery trays and drawer liners
- Cutting boards
- Kitchen sink accessories
Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
