To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Note: Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or their nature. These include:

  • Cutlery trays and drawer liners
  • Cutting boards
  • Kitchen sink accessories

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
